Take Interstate Highway 80 West to San Francisco. You will travel past Davis, Dixon, Vacaville, and Fairfield before reaching Vallejo. Once you reach Vallejo, take the Georgia Street West exit. Come to the first stop light, which is Georgia Street. Turn left at the stop light and travel west on Georgia Street. You will stay on Georgia Street until you reach Santa Clara Street. Turn right at the stop light on Santa Clara Street. City Hall is the second brick building on the left. Turn left into the parking lot and park in the 3 hour parking lots or in any of the lots not requiring a permit.

Take Interstate Highway 80 East to Sacramento. You will be in Vallejo immediately after crossing the Carquinez Bridge. Take the Georgia Street exit. You will want to head west. Circle around to the right and come to the first stop light which is Georgia Street. Turn right at the stop light and travel west on Georgia Street. You will stay on Georgia Street until you reach Santa Clara Street. Turn right at the stop light on Santa Clara Street. City Hall is the second brick building on the left.
