- Location - Solano Avenue and 14th Street near Interstate-80
- Description - Shopping center renovation project involving the construction of a new Taco Bell restaurant, Harbor Freight Tools Hardware Store, Rite Aid and an ethnic grocery store, as well as exterior upgrades to the existing retail strip along the east side of the center.
- Status - Taco Bell and Harbor Freight Tools have been completed; new construction is underway for Rite Aid; Grand Opening of the entire center is projected for Fall 2010.

- Description - 121,000 square foot store with a 31,400 square foot outdoor garden center. A 7,500 square foot retail/commercial building on a separate pad is also included on the site but will be constructed at a future date.
- Status - Project approved in July 2009; Store Grand Opening Projected for December 2010
