Wanted For Kidnapping and Sexual Assault

The Vallejo Police Department is currently asking for the public's assistance in locating
Kenneth Weathersby, a 33 year old Vallejo resident.
Weathersby is wanted for two separate kidnappings and sexual assaults of female
victims.
The Solano County District Attorney's Office has issued a warrant for Weathersby's
arrest. Weathersby should be considered armed and dangerous.
The United States Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force is assisting
the Vallejo Police Department in attempting to locate and arrest Weathersby.
In cooperation with the Vallejo Police Department, the United States Marshals are offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Weathersby. The Solano County Crime Stoppers are also offering a cash reward for
information that leads to the arrest of Weathersby.
The Vallejo Police Department is asking anyone who knows Weathersby's whereabouts
to immediately contact the Vallejo Police Department or their local law enforcement
agency

Mr Fitzer has been located.
The Vallejo Police Department Traffic Division is currently looking to speak with Vincent Fitzer (December 18, 1988). Vincent may be involved in the fatal pedestrian collision that occurred yesterday on Vervais Avenue. It is believed that his hair is currently shorter than the picture below. Mr. Fitzer should come to the police department and ask to speak with Officer Waylon Boyce regarding the collision. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Mr. Fitzer, please call (707) 648-4013. Update 02/05/2018: Thanks to members of our community, the below individual has been identified.
On 1/23/18 the below pictured suspected entered a business in Vallejo. The suspect was caught shop lifting. When confronted by employees the suspect removed a large knife from his clothing and threatened the employees. The suspect fled on the blue bicycle in the below photo.
