Extra Legal Load Permits

In order to move an extra legal load through the City of Vallejo on city streets, the City of Vallejo requires individuals or businesses to obtain a permit. Permits may be obtained by contacting one of the approved permit companies below. You can click on the company name to be directed to their website. Permit processing fees vary by company. You must carry an approved and numbered permit in the vehicle while transporting the load. While most permits are reviewed and approved by the Police Department in the same day, there may be instances when they are not. Please plan accordingly. If you have questions or need more information, please contact Officer Daniel Acfalle at (707) 648-4013 or via email at DAcfalle@ci.vallejo.ca.us or ellpermits@ci.vallejo.ca.us
