 How to Pay:

Pay Kiosk -
There are 19 kiosks located at the Vallejo Station Parking Structure, the adjacent surface lots, inside the ferry building, and in front of the ferry entrance. 
• Cash kiosks only accept exact change!

Parkmobile smartphone App -
Customers can download the Parkmobile smartphone App and purchase daily permits using the Zone Code 6789.

How to Pay:

Online -
using our Vallejo Parking page. Once registered, you can register up to six vehicles and manage payment options (automatic payment, notification of expiration, etc).

Pay Kiosk* -
There are 19 kiosks located at the Vallejo Station Parking Structure, the adjacent surface lots, inside the ferry building, and in front of the ferry entrance.
     *You will not be able to manage payment options or notifications if you purchase a monthly permit through the kiosk.

How to Pay for Parking

*Please Note* Parking is first come, first serve. Parking is enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

1. Park your vehicle in a stall and make note of your license plate number

2. Locate a kiosk and press any button to activate the screen

3. Follow the prompts to purchase a daily/monthly permit

    a. If you don't have a license plate, use the last 7 digits of your VIN

    b. Do not use symbols when entering your information

**NOTE!** If you purchase a monthly permit on the kiosk, you cannot edit any information

*This is a good option to use when you are running late or you may stay over 24 hours because you can add time remotely!*

In order to use your commuter vouchers,
you must create an online monthly parking account so staff can add the funds once your check has been received and deposited

Overflow Parking

The City has dedicated overflow parking where customers can park if all other lots are full.

The overflow lot can be accessed via Capitol Street (behind City Hall). Overflow parking is available to those with a daily or monthly parking permit.

Do I have to display a tag or receipt?
No! Permits are tied to the license plate or VIN number of your vehicle.

How do I get a permit if I don't have a license plate number?
If you have a personalized license plate, simply enter the characters (ignoring the symbols) into the system without spaces.
If you have a new car with a paper plate, please enter the last seven digits of your VIN number.

How do I contest a parking ticket?
Permit holders who believe they have mistakenly received a ticket should contact the Vallejo Police Department, Parking Citations Division at (707) 651-7172. The request for an initial review must be within within 21 days of when the citation was created.

Where can I purchase a parking permit?
You can purchase daily permits at a parking kiosk (view the map here) or on the Parkmobile Phone App (zone code 6789).

Can I park overnight?
Daily permits are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. You can purchase multiple days at a time through the kiosk, or day-by-day on the Parkmobile App.

At this time, monthly permits are valid for the full calendar month.

I have multiple cars registered to my monthly permit - how does that work?
If you have more than one vehicle registered to your monthly permit, you may park one registered car at a time in the parking lot. If more than one vehicle is found to be in the parking lot, each vehicle after the first one will receive a ticket.

What is the height clearance of the parking garage?
The two lower levels of the parking garage have a clearance of 13-feet. There are no height restrictions on the surface lots or the top level of the parking garage, as long as the vehicle is not considered "oversize" per the Municipal Code.

Where do I park an over-size vehicle?
Per Municipal Code 8.20.170, over-sized vehicles and trailers are not allowed to park in any lot within the City. An over-sized vehicle is classified as any of the following:
   • A gross weight in excess of 6,000 pounds
   • An overall length in excess of 21 feet
   • A house trailer or semi-truck trailer
If a vehicle takes up more than one parking stall but does not meet the above limitations, the customer must pay for the amount of parking stalls that are used.

I have a handicap placard/plate, do I have to pay the fee?
All vehicles parking in the Waterfront Parking area must pay for parking. California Vehicle Code privileges for free parking to those vehicles with DP placards and plates only apply to on-street parking. Please review our Memorandum for more information.

How do I appeal a parking ticket?

Is There On-Site Security?
Yes. There are security guards on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How Many Parking Spaces are Available?
There are 1,377 parking spaces available in the parking structure and the surrounding surface lots (Lot A, A2, B). There are 135 overflow parking stalls located behind Lot B.

Are there electric vehicle (EV) charging stations?
Not at this time. The City of Vallejo is looking at grants to get EV chargers

Where can I lock my bike?
SolTrans (Solano Transportation Authority) has bike lockers located near the bus stop on the corner of Mare Island Way and Georgia Street. You can contact SolTrans at (707) 648-4666 for more information. You can also take your bicycle on the ferry for free.
